Refund and Return Policy

  1. Your satisfaction is our primary goal and we genuinely believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience shopping with us and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

  2. Anagha Naturals should be notified by email within 24 - 48 hrs if any Spillage/Breakage is identified and we will work on replacing the product for you. We would appreciate if you can attach an image of the damaged package. We do not recommend our customers to use the products from broken containers and take no responsibility for the outcome of using such products.

  3. We do not accept return of used products under any circumstances. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns.

  4. Anagha Naturals is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

  5. People with sensitivities or possible allergies to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product, and consult a Physician.

  7. We are almost a PLASTIC FREE Brand and most of our packaging material are plastic free. We take utmost care in ensuring there is no damage to the product during transit. However, there are times when the packaging gets damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier. If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you. However, if it is only a physical damage to the packing and no product loss, we will not be able to process a refund or return.
